Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and transaction processing.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process returns, exchanges, and handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Assist with inventory stocking and organization to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficient with computer systems and POS hardware.
