Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person during weekend shifts.
- Process incoming orders, returns, and exchanges with high accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure seamless inventory handling and logistics operations.
- Assist in training new team members and sharing best practices for weekend operations.
- Utilize CRM software and internal systems to track customer interactions and update records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- A friendly, approachable, and patient demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods as required by the role.
