Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and phone inquiries.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately at the point of sale.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the floor team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for walk-ins.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling experience.
