Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Organize merchandise displays to maintain an attractive and organized store environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Reliable transportation is required.
