Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and order status in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats efficiently while resolving issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and verify billing information.
- Manage inventory organization and assist with store layout maintenance during weekend shifts.

Qualifications
