- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues on the first contact.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Process transactions, including returns, exchanges, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to communicate urgent client needs and project updates.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
