Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding in-person customer service at our Harbour Island location
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store standards
- Support visual merchandising initiatives during weekend shifts
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling techniques
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to Harbour Island location
