Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Stock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with solution-oriented approaches
- Collaborate with weekend team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Participate in weekend promotional events and visual merchandising updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts 10am-6pm)
