Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all touchpoints including in-person assistance, phone support, and digital inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling compliance
- Manage inventory tasks including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and solution-oriented communication
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational standards
- Execute promotional campaigns and product demonstrations effectively
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 8am-6pm)
- Valid driver's license for potential store transfers within metro area
