Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at weekend festivals, weddings, and corporate events
- Manage event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics
- Assist with guest registration, wayfinding, and information distribution
- Maintain safe and clean event environments per city regulations
- Collaborate with team leads and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory when assigned
- Adapt quickly to changing event conditions and client requests
Qualifications
- Available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) with no weekday commitments
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in outdoor/venue environments
- Strong communication skills and positive, approachable demeanor
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Flexibility with event locations across New Orleans metro area
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system knowledge
