Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and attendee flow at event entrances
- Distribute promotional materials and event information to visitors
- Assist with venue setup/breakdown including tents, signage, and equipment
- Monitor crowd safety and provide directions to venue amenities
- Collaborate with team members to resolve attendee inquiries promptly
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces throughout shifts
- Support vendor coordination and supply inventory management
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - full training provided
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods outdoors
- Reliable transportation to Long Beach event locations
- Basic problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset
- Must be 18+ years old with valid ID
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service
