Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests with warm, professional interactions
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest inquiries
- Maintain pristine lobby and common areas to ensure cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Support event setup and guest assistance during weekend functions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
