Responsibilities
- Provide personalized patient care including mobility assistance and medication reminders
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing and meal preparation
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Current CNA or HHA certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with rotating shifts
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
