Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations
- Coordinate with medical staff for treatment plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Respond to emergency situations following protocols
- Update patient records accurately and timely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA, HHA, or EMT certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts
- Valid DC driver's license (if transporting patients)
