Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend guests across all touchpoints
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our digital systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and exceed satisfaction expectations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Assist with event setup and special weekend activities as needed
- Maintain pristine lobby and common area standards throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- Valid driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
