Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the core support team to document technical solutions and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
