Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage ticket queues and resolve Tier 1/2 IT problems
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure
- Document incidents and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system updates
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system security and implement protocols
- Support weekend project deployments and maintenance
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in technical support/helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing systems
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
