Responsibilities
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches during designated weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for onsite users.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Provide direct technical support and training to office staff on office equipment and software.

Qualifications
