Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health, perform routine backups, and ensure data integrity over the weekend.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage software licenses.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Perform system updates and patch management during off-peak hours.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, TCP/IP, and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be available to work every weekend.
