Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all logistics activities during the weekend shift, including receiving, put-away, and shipping.
- Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) and barcode scanners to track inventory levels and shipment status in real-time.
- Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to load trucks and prepare documentation for domestic and international freight.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in resolving shipping delays and communicating updates to the regional manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management preferred.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred.
