Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure optimal shelf availability.
- Coordinate with the shipping and receiving departments to process outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization within the warehouse facility.
- Assist in resolving customer service inquiries and processing returns or exchanges.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming shipments to verify accuracy.
- Collaborate with the floor team to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
