Responsibilities
- Execute daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move, locate, and stack merchandise safely.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to resolve any discrepancies or operational bottlenecks.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and tracking packages.
