Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, inspect, and process incoming and outgoing packages to ensure accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA and company safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of operational tasks.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery details promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong basic math skills for scanning and inventory purposes.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
