Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures with strict adherence to security protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash handling duties.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Monitor product quality and report any damages or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Friday through Sunday.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for transaction processing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
