The Role:
As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you will be the backbone of our Saturday and Sunday operations. You will ensure that inventory is processed accurately, equipment is maintained, and safety standards are upheld at all times. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock integrity.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
