Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily inventory cycles and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline weekend workflow processes and reduce operational downtime.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Manage incoming shipments, verify contents, and process documentation accurately and timely.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and resolve operational bottlenecks swiftly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar WMS systems).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods with proper safety gear.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
