Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow to ensure efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for weekend distribution.
- Perform quality control checks on all products and services before distribution.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
