Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of local staff to ensure high performance.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, inventory, and logs.
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and security measures.
- Collaborate with the week-day team to ensure seamless transitions between shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Operations preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or retail.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently without conflict.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry software.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
