Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily warehouse operations, receiving, and shipping activities.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards.
- Coordinate with the day-shift management team to align workflow strategies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing operational metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Forklift certification is a plus.
