Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling systems
- Assist with patient intake and registration processes
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families
- Support weekend clinic operations and inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years healthcare or customer service experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/Meditech a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6am-6pm)
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain
