Responsibilities
- Manage patient intake, scheduling, and registration processes during weekend shifts
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow and appointment adherence
- Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with exceptional communication skills
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and confidential documentation
- Assist with basic clinical support tasks under supervision (vitals, prep rooms)
- Resolve patient concerns promptly and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support weekend inventory management and supply restocking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certificate preferred
- 1+ years customer service or healthcare administrative experience
- Strong computer proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/EMR knowledge a plus)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays (7am-3pm or 11am-7pm)
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
