Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge and upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Merchandise and visually arrange products to maximize sales appeal
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving/restocking operations
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
- Assist with special weekend promotions and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to the Long Beach location
- Must pass background check and drug screening
