Responsibilities
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and provide personalized product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system
- Merchandise displays and maintain visual standards daily
- Handle returns/exchanges with professionalism and brand alignment
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve sales targets
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in weekend training sessions for product knowledge
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
