Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist guests in finding products by answering questions and providing recommendations.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions and returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store, including restocking consumables.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Process returns and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and evenings.
