Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Support inventory management including receiving, stocking, and visual merchandising
- Assist with store cleanliness and operational readiness during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges
- Participate in weekend promotions and seasonal campaigns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday) including holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Valid Oregon ID and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
