Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate POS systems, handle cash transactions, and manage daily sales reports
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing displays in alignment with brand standards
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and replenishment
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
