Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and restock merchandise efficiently
- Merchandise displays to maintain visual standards
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Maintain clean and organized store appearance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation to Uptown Charlotte
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
