Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and active listening
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system while maintaining cash handling security
- Maintain visually appealing store displays and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized
- Collaborate with weekend team to execute promotional events and seasonal campaigns
- Contribute to a positive store environment by assisting with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Support store opening/closing procedures including safety protocols and end-of-day reconciliation
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts including Saturdays and Sundays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort operating point-of-sale technology
- Physical stamina for standing/walking throughout shifts and lifting up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; enrollment in higher education acceptable
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
