Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/card payments
- Merchandise products, maintain visual displays, and ensure store cleanliness
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekend sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on merchandise
- Support store opening/closing procedures and weekend operational tasks
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Basic math skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays
- Attention to detail and visual merchandising aptitude
