Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend shoppers
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Execute visual merchandising and inventory management
- Collaborate with team to maintain store appearance
- Meet weekend sales targets through upselling techniques
- Participate in weekend inventory counts
- Assist with product restocking and displays
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
