Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (10am-9pm)
- Lead and motivate 4-6 team members to achieve sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries
- Train new weekend staff on brand standards and procedures
- Monitor store security and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30lbs
- Knowledge of retail POS systems preferred
