Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a neat, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product details, availability, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure the store is clean, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory; we train the right candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
