Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care and administrative support during weekend shifts
- Assist with patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and medical record management
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant healthcare environments
- Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7 AM - 7 PM shifts)
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
