Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized inventory records.
- Ensure the packing area is clean, safe, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Handle customer packages with care and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
