Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory to maintain optimal product availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries regarding orders and products.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) as required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
