Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing cash, card, and digital transactions
- Execute merchandising tasks including stock rotation, shelf organization, and visual displays
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards throughout all operational hours
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly while maintaining brand reputation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse customer demographics
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Basic math proficiency for transaction handling and inventory tasks
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation to/from downtown Boston location
