Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the facility is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the weekend.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions regarding products, and provide exceptional service to build loyalty.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, organize merchandise displays, and assist with inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions efficiently, handle cash and credit payments, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Merchandising: Maintain high visual standards by arranging products attractively and ensuring signage is up to date.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with the weekday staff to ensure smooth operations and coverage during shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Reliability: Must demonstrate punctuality and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Math Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
