Responsibilities
- Execute daily opening and closing procedures to ensure store security and operational readiness.
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and checkout processes.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and improve service standards.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure displays meet company brand standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
