Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate stock counts, receive shipments, and organize inventory to maintain optimal storage conditions.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure only high-quality items reach our customers.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
