Responsibilities
- Execute daily floor replenishment and visual merchandising standards to ensure a neat and organized store appearance.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and stockroom organization.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the sales floor and stock areas.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly sales and performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and POS system knowledge is a plus.
